2 The Friends Funding Process
- 2.1 You submit a Friends’ application form.
- 2.2 You are notified of the date of decision on your application. Applications are considered four times a year at The Friends’ quarterly committee meetings.
- 2.3 Your application is approved or not approved.
- 2.4I f not approved, this should not discourage you from making other requests.
- 2.5 If approved, The Friends send the funds to NHS Fife. It is NHS Fife who actually pay the supplier of goods and/or services for your project.
3 When Your Project is Completed
- 3.1You should inform us when your project is completed with your comments on the impact on your services.
- 3.2 We ask you to send us a brief review/testimonial for use in our publicity including our website and Facebook pages.
- 3.3 We ask you to send us photos of the project or to provide a photo opportunity for use in our publicity.
- 3.4 We ask you to attach a plaque, which we supply, acknowledging the support of The Friends on or near to your completed project. You will appreciate that your project is another signpost directing staff, patients. and visitors to potential support from The Friends.
